We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help us scale our design efforts while staying true to our bold, pop-culture-inspired aesthetic. You’ll create engaging visuals across social media, sales collateral, digital campaigns, events, and swag that our Agents actually want to wear . You’ll help shape the visual voice of a company that’s rewriting the rules of FinTech—and having a blast doing it.

What will you do in this role?

As the Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Designing for digital and print : think social posts, flyers, decks, landing pages, podcast covers, and more
  • Supporting brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Content teams to bring big ideas to life visually
  • Assisting with trade show design—booths, banners, signage, and swag that doesn’t suck
  • Helping evolve the PayCompass brand as we grow and scale into new markets
  • Keeping design files organized, brand guidelines current, and creative vibes high

What will you learn in this role?

If you come from the agency or freelance world, this is your chance to go deep on a single brand and leave your mark on everything from merch to motion graphics.

Who will you work with?

You'll report to Emily McMahon, our Director of Marketing, and collaborate closely with Jackie (Graphic Designer), TK (Content Manager), Drew (Marketing Manager), and teammates across Sales, Support, and Leadership. You'll also have design support from our Marketing Coordinator, Hind. From daily campaigns to long-term brand initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping everything visual at PayCompass.

Where will you work?

You’ll work at PayCompass HQ in Tempe, Arizona. Our team has a fantastic culture, and we genuinely love being around each other (and our dogs)!

    What makes you a great fit?

  • You have 5+ years of design experience , either in-house, at an agency, or freelancing with B2B brands
  • You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite , and bonus points if you know Figma, Canva, or basic video editing tools
  • You understand how to keep things on-brand while still pushing creative boundaries
  • You love working on a team where your work matters—and you’re not afraid to jump into new projects
  • You love bold colors, clean layouts, and thinking in memes
  • You have a portfolio that proves you can do more than make things “look nice”—you make things work
  • Bonus Points

  • You’ve designed for trade shows or events before
  • You know a thing or two about typography, motion graphics, or UX
  • You’ve built brand guides or contributed to brand identity evolution
  • You can make a case for why your favorite Pantone shade belongs in every campaign
