Senior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with our client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in the Bucks County, PA Area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to play a key role in the accounting department. As a Senior Accountant, you will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity for an individual with a strong accounting foundation to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the month-end, quarterly end, and annual close process
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reporting packages for senior leadership
• Manage the general and sub ledgers for all transactional accounting
• Maintain compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to explain variance fluctuations
• Work closely with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications :

Compensation : 85,000-105,000
