Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate

The Princeton University Store has been serving the University and local communities since 1905. The company is a member-owned co-op that operates two large retail stores, athletic concession operations, and an e-commerce department.

We are looking for a self-starter to assist in our E-commerce Department.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders received from our website and phone
• Place special orders and create purchase orders
• Facilitate returns
• Provide exceptional customer service through chat and phone
• Open and close the e-commerce department
• Assist the store with additional tasks during slow e-commerce periods
