We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to support our team in Albuquerque NM. We are seeking someone in this local area who is bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish. In this role you will utilize internal systems and software to evaluate identify and provide feedback on technician routing start times and production optimizations opportunities. You will also act as point of escalation for customer concerns and needs while building and fostering relationships with external business partners.

The Role
Dispatch service requests to available installation or service technicians; acts as liaison between technician and customer service employeesAssists in driving field productivity through efficient call handling and supportRecords information into computer to provide accurate customer service history in each customer account and record of service callsAdjusts daily routes for Field Service Technicians that adhere to the following requirements : travel time service level requirements technician skill sets and productivityMakes outbound calls to external customers to confirm or alter appointment statusDistributes scheduled work orders to technicians according to system requirementsManages workload to efficiently meet MSO needs including updating work zones and calendarsResolves or escalates dispatch challenges as requiredResponds to Customer Service requests by prioritizing and dispatching service requests to available installation or service technician acts as liaison between technician and customerCommunicates with leadership and technicians in the field by phone or e-mail to monitor completion of scheduled jobs to identify unfilled time slots overbooking inefficiencies and late for unfinished jobsAssigns or re-assigns jobs to technicians as requireContacts customer to verify scheduled appointment date and time and reschedule missed appointmentCompletes work orders checks routes for failed jobs missed time framesProvides customer assistance to resolve service problems and avoid unnecessary service callsPerforms other duties as requestedRequirements
