Pay Grade Range : $30.56 -$38.19

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted pay grade range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and / or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

FUNCTION :

Assists the Residential Mortgage Loan Officers (SRMLO / JRMLO) in preparing their files for review by processing and underwriting.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

File Preparation & Documentation Management :

Review file for completeness .

• Request clarification from SRMLO and JRMLO
• Request additional clarification and documentation from borrower either by phone, email or text (borrower's preference)

Prepare file for initial disclosures

Set up file for initial orders (appraisal, flood and title).
