Description :

Floating required, including to other campuses and other units.

52-bed Neuro PCU unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4 : 1.

Travelers may float to both sides of the Neuro Floor, including the stepdown and PCU side.

Expected to handle patient ratios between 1 : 4-5.

Degree accreditation must be on the profile, or 5 years of experience is required.

Culture is very important in this role.

Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff.

All requests for time off or schedules must be included at the time of submission.

No exceptions for pending documentation; hard document deadline is the Monday prior to the start.
