Senior Director - Enterprise Technology Strategy

Harbor is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy to join our growing team. The Senior Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy will serve as the senior leader responsible for shaping, building, and scaling Harbor's Enterprise Technology Strategy solution globally. This leader will define the strategic vision, architect digital transformation programs, and lead enterprise-wide technology modernization for law firms and legal organizations. The role requires a blend of business acumen, technology foresight, and change leadership to guide clients through complex transformation journeys from strategy and design to implementation and value realization.

This is a 100% remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the US (EST and CST time zones preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and growth trajectory of the Enterprise Technology Strategy solution.
• Build and scale innovative service offerings that address the evolving needs of law firms from core systems modernization and cloud transformation to data and AI strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership within client organizations, shaping how technology supports long-term business and operational objectives.
