Salary : $13- $14 Hour
Join our team this fall through the holiday season as a Seasonal Plant Sales Associate! Were looking for passionate individuals who love plants and want to help our customers find the perfect additions for their homes and gardens.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Assistance : Help customers with plant selections and answer their questions about care and maintenance.
- Plant Diagnosis : Identify and diagnose issues such as fungus, pests, or other plant health concerns.
- Inventory Management : Maintain the quality of plants and merchandise, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Knowledge Application : Understand various plant types and their specific environmental needs to provide tailored advice to customers.
- Stocking and Unloading : Assist in unloading delivery trucks and stocking merchandise efficiently.
