Project Manager
The Project Manager will work with Medical Business Partners; R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Pre-Clinical, Health Economics & Market Access and Professional Medical Education.
With limited direction, lead Medical Affairs SMEs to implement the best enterprise business solutions / propositions
Guide Medical Affairs SMEs through the development of project plans and task tracking
Drive project activities to meet project and business objectives
Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet defined project breakthroughs
Demonstrate team performance management; ask the right questions to understand business impact and risks
Make the complex simple when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organization
Lead team thorough detailed analysis, scenario planning and drive recommendations
Engage teams in healthy debate / conflict resolution, and deliver team aligned option business solutions
Lead prioritization and options analysis with teams
Develop, lead and maintain up-to-date Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, financial commitments, and resource constraints, while applying appropriate project scheduling techniques
Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams
Experience & Education :
A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Business or a related field
A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience
