Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group (“CSOG”) is seeking Full-time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Physical Therapist(s) to join our outpatient rehab team. Position Summary :

Provide comprehensive, individualized physical therapy services- including evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and development of home programs- designed to improve independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Do :

• Conduct patient assessments and create goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff
• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
• Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience
