We are seeking a highly skilled Test Equipment Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in designing and developing test equipment for complex aerospace or avionics systems. This role involves creating detailed design documentation, developing test plans, and supporting procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of test solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Documentation :

Create block diagrams, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and assembly drawings for test equipment.

• Develop diagrams to support electrical power systems, command and control systems, RF, and GPS systems .
• Design and build test equipment for avionic boxes capable of operating in thermal, shock, and vibration environments .

Test Planning and Verification :

Develop acceptance test plans and verification plans for avionic rack tester equipment.

Procurement Analysis and Tracking :

Utilize existing tools to track purchase orders for tester equipment.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in electrical schematics and harness design .

Knowledge of ITAR compliance and procurement processes.
