About the Role :
Were seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our an important portfolio, driving innovation in for data center and critical infrastructure markets. Youll combine technical expertise, market insight, and business strategy to define a clear product vision and execute a multi-year roadmap. Working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain, youll bring high-performance, energy-efficient products to market that meet global customer demands.
What Youll Do :
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for thermal solutions.
- Analyze markets and competitors to identify opportunities and guide innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams through new product introductions (NPI).
- Engage with data center and enterprise customers to translate needs into product features.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
- Support testing, validation, and compliance to ensure top-tier product quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales for successful go-to-market execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in product performance, cost, and sustainability.
What Youll Bring :
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.7+ years of product management experience, ideally in thermal, HVAC, or data center systems.Knowledge of heat transfer principles, cooling technologies, and liquid / air systems.Strong business and financial acumen (ROI, margins, forecasting).Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and deliver results.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Experience with BMS systems, ISO standards, or sustainability initiatives a plus.What Youll Get :
