OVERVIEW
Fast growing, regional private practice- single specialty group seeks an experienced senior Anesthesiologist to participate in organizational, administrative processes, strategy & operational meetings. Hospital is fully staffed with all subspecialties.
ROLE
4 physician rotation, with the following monthly cadence :
5 primary weekday call shifts (12h day followed by 12h call from home) per month with post call day off
5-day shifts (8-hour day) per month
2 primary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month
2 secondary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month
1 week completely off per month
POST CALL DAY IS OFF!
Collaborative team of 8 MDs and 11 CRNAs
OB has a 24 / 7 dedicated team (occasionally provide OB backup or CRNA Supervision for OB services)
Case types include General, GI, Ortho, OBGYN, urology, radiology, CV, neuro
Ability to pick up additional shifts in OB, or OR for additional compensation.
PACKAGE
500K 1099 for 39 weeks on
13 weeks off PTO plus Post Call Days Off = 195 days per year

REQUIRED / YOU / SKILLS
Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas
Recent experience in Level 3 Trauma site preferred
Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesia
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
