Assessment and Evaluation Assistant

Overview

This position reports to the Associate Dean for Educational Assessment and Evaluation in the Office of Medical Education. This position provides administrative support to the assessment and evaluation team and assists with the creation and administration of surveys using Qualtrics Blue Explorance and other systems for the MD program.

Responsibilities

• Supports the creation administration monitoring and completion of student evaluations.
• Assists with data preparation basic data analytics organization and storage and reporting.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to ensure accuracy in assessment data and facilitates effective data-sharing processes.
• Reports data to stakeholders in a timely and accurate matter.
• Assists with scheduling coordination and documentation of meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
