Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systemsEducate customers on HVAC issues and present solutions, including repairs, upgrades, and replacementsProvide professional recommendations based on system performance and customer needsGenerate leads and close sales for system replacements and add-on servicesMaintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams to ensure seamless serviceAccurately document work performed and customer interactions in ServiceTitan or other trade softwareDeliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and trustQualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service TechnicianStrong sales and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customersEPA 608 Universal Certification requiredValid U.S. Driver's License with a clean recordMust pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)Strong work ethic with a willingness to learnApply today and take the next step in your HVAC career with a company that values your skills and growth!
