Key Responsibilities : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for R&D teams across various scientific groups Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies Source, attract, and evaluate candidates through various methods Required Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in life sciences, with a focus on biotech or pharmaceutical industries Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Proven experience in hiring for R&D teams, including scientific research roles Familiarity with the product development process Experience with Paylocity software for candidate tracking is highly preferred
