A "Host/Hostess" is responsible for representing the company as the initial point of contact to guest. They provide guests with service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a welcoming environment.

Here are a few examples of what it takes to be successful in the Host/Hostess position with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

• Provides a friendly welcome and warm goodbye to all of our guests as to best contribute to our mission of a “great dining experience from beginning to end”
• Provides the highest level of service by adhering to all company service standards
• Practices proper food handling and the sanitation of work areas
• Provides accurate wait times and recommends other waiting options (bar seating) to our guests
