As a Pharmacist in Charge at Poole's Pharmacy Care, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in drug management therapy, providing vaccinations, and ensuring convenient delivery of prescriptions to homes or workplaces. Daily Responsibilities : Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently Dispense medications following all legal requirements Manage pharmacy operations to ensure smooth workflow Provide medication therapy management services Oversee clinical pharmacy operations such as vaccinations Protect and maintain a positive work environment Required Skills : Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree Immunization certification Strong patient care and counseling skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety protocols Leadership skills Nice to Have Skills : Experience in reimbursement processes Visual acuity for accurate prescription dispensing Compounding experience Salary and Benefits : Salary range : $128,000.00 - $140,000.00 Benefits : Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Schedule, Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Off Major Holidays, Long-Term Disability, Short-Term Disability, Simple IRA Company Information : Poole's Pharmacy Care offers a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical services and home medical equipment tailored to meet the needs of their clients.
