• Compensation: $27.72-$39.60/hr DOE
• Differentials: Specialty $2.50/hr • Nights $3/hr • Weekends $2/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days • $15,000 Nights
• Relocation: Available case by case

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-reliability critical care for post-cardiac surgery patients
• Monitor rhythms and hemodynamics; escalate changes promptly
• Coordinate with surgery, anesthesia, pharmacy, and therapy teams
• Provide bedside education and discharge readiness support
• Ensure compliance with unit policies, quality metrics, and safety goals

Qualifications

Required

• Current RN license (FL or Compact)
• 1+ years ICU or PCU experience in acute care
• BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS within 30 days

Preferred

• BSN; CCRN (or obtain within 2 years)
• Recent CV/critical care background
