🧑‍⚕️ Experience

  • Minimum Experience : 4 years RN total
  • Must Have Travel Experience – No first-time travelers
  • Acute hospital experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required

    • 🎓 Education

  • Graduate of accredited RN program
  • BSN preferred

    • 🪪 Licensure & Certifications

  • RN License – North Carolina (or compact)
  • BLS – Required
  • ACM / CCM – Preferred

    • 📈 Clinical Skills Needed

  • Discharge Planning
  • Care Coordination
  • InterQual / Milliman Criteria
  • Utilization Review
  • Admission Criteria, Medical Necessity
  • Appeals and Denials
  • Retrospective Reviews
  • Experience in : ICU, MS, ED, Obs, SDU / PCU / IMC, Women's Services
  • Needs Assessment / DME Ordering
  • PASRR / FL2 (preferred)
