Come join an awesome team. We are seeking a Hospital Liaison for our Skilled Nursing Home Facility. Ideal candidate must be devoted to create and maintain successful relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers and physicians. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to boost Census and help grow the Aventura brand. Following up with family members and being a primary driver of census.

Optimal candidate should have extensive Healthcare marketing experience, Preferably in the LTC area or be a Registered Nurse with Marketing experience

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the inquiry, referral, and admission process as well as completing necessary paperwork related to each process. Assists the team and Administrator in preparing and implementing marketing goals and objectives. Acts as liaison between company and outside community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities. Informed of Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance guidelines as pertains to position.

Qualifications

Experience in nursing home Admissions Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel / hospitality or related healthcare environment preferred.
