Shift Details : 9 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM AND 1 : 00 PM-9 : 00 PM

Job Description :

• To ensure that all high-risk patients presenting to the Emergency Room, including Adult ED, Pediatric ED and EELOS are provided all indicated social services.
• Interviews patient / family to obtain relevant psychosocial information for all patients requiring social work Intervention

Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) OR Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license issued by NYSED required.
