What You’ll Need

Active RN license in the state of Missouri

Current BLS / CPR certification

Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred

Previous leadership or charge nurse experience a plus

Clinical judgment, clear communication, and a heart for senior care

Your Nightly Responsibilities

Lead and supervise night shift staff, including CNAs and LPNs

Monitor resident care and ensure proper documentation

Respond to urgent resident needs and provide skilled nursing care

Administer medications and follow physician orders

Communicate significant changes in resident status to healthcare providers and incoming shifts

Oversee incident reports, admissions, discharges, and care transitions

Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility policies
