Shift : Night | 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients / residents during the night shift, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in accordance with facility standards and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor and document patients' health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies.
• Participate in shift reports and contribute to continuity of care.
