• Location : 1 hour east of Richmond, University town
• Duration : Now open on-going (90+ days may consider extension or permanent conversion)
• Shifts : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (full-time or part-time)
• Patients : 8-10 patients per day, 60-90 minute visits, all geriatric
• Scope : 100% outpatient
• Call : Negotiable (additional compensation)
• Assistance with credentialing provided (estimated 15-30 day timeline)
• Compensation : Negotiable, Hourly

To ensure continuity, quality of care, each day is started with a meeting between our interdisciplinary staff that includes dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers. We discuss recent patient visits, plans for those patients' care, and plan our day accordingly.
