• Full-time position with 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
• 30 units expected weekly productivity
• Home health and adult care setting
• 2 years experience as physical therapy assistant required
• 1 year experience with Homecare Homebase required
• 1 year experience in home health care required
• 1 year experience with OASIS required
• No on-call requirements
