Job Description

Provide sound review and challenge to 1LOD

Develop and implement strategies to monitor and manage market and liquidity risks.

Analyze risk metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

Collaborate with various teams to assess and improve risk management frameworks.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on risk exposure.

Support the identification and mitigation of emerging market risks.

Contribute to the development of advanced risk management tools and models.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in the risk and compliance department.

The Successful Applicant

Strong knowledge of market and liquidity risk principles within the financial services industry.

Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.

Proficiency in using risk management tools and software.

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
