Job Title – Treasury Analyst

Our client, is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst for their Salt Lake City location to post and reconcile wires, ACH payments, checks, DDA’s and custodian balances, and ensuring that this activity is accurately reflected in their proprietary systems.
Responsibilities :
- Post daily cash deposits and disbursements including checks, wires, ACH, transfers, bill pay, and fees.
- Process daily sweep activity in accordance with client money market deadlines.
- Review and complete client requests via Workflow tickets.
- Balance system totals with daily cash activity.
- Print and mail checks to ensure timely payments are sent to clients.
- Reconcile DDAs and custodian cash balances. Research and resolve cash breaks.
- Provide client support via phone and email.
- Follow daily schedule to ensure all tasks are completed as required per established timelines.
- Follow operating procedures in accordance with audit requirements.
Requirements :
BA / BS required. Degree in finance, accounting, business or economics is strongly preferred.Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in treasury operations, banking services, or payment processing.Experience with reconciliations and balancing.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.Microsoft Office expertise with an emphasis on Excel.Ability to set priorities effectively and handle the demands of multiple tasks.Ability to excel independently and as part of a team.Microsoft Office expertise with an emphasis on Excel.Salary Range : $55,000-$70,000
