Requirements
Licensure / Certifications :
Registered Technologist (RT) – ARRT
MRI certification : ARRT (MRI) OR CAMRT OR ARMRIT
BLS (AHA)
Education :
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (advanced training beyond high school)
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years MRI experience
Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI safety
Competent in IV starts and venipuncture (if required)
Ability to work independently
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Experience with General MRI, high-end studies, breast, prostate, and cardiac MRI
