Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician

Seeking a physician looking to join a small, rapidly growing private practice providing osteopathic manipulation and primary care to patients of all ages. The existing patient panel allows for an income guarantee for the correct candidate. The practice is located in the heart of West Hartford, CT, only a 2 hour drive to Boston and New York City, with good neighborhoods, school districts, and culture within a 15 minutes drive and further surrounded by beautiful New England.

The ideal candidate is BC / BE in Family Medicine (FM) as well as Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM / OMM). Other strong candidates include those BC / BE in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, or Sports Medicine, with experience in NMM / OMM. The practice also offers diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging and ultrasound-guided injections, so experience or interest are a bonus, however the primary criteria remain the candidate's personality, temperament, medical philosophy, and ability to provide quality Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

Opportunities exist to help guide and build the direction of the practice with optional partnership track, if interested. Compensation is commensurate with experience and there is a full package of benefits including medical, voluntary dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k, profit sharing and PTO / sick pay. Travel and sign-on bonuses are available. Open to full-time or part-time options.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or a related field.
• COVID 19 Vaccination - Must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination prior to hire date.
• Willing to properly wear a mask for the entirety of the work day.
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
