Centerville Clinics was founded in 1955 in response to our service area’s lack of accessible primary and preventive health care services. For over 55 years, Centerville Clinic's mission has been to increase the community's access to primary health care and to fulfill our role as a safety net provider.

In 1976, we became a Community Health Center (FQHC) in response to our community's need to assure that the low income and medically un / underinsured, had access to quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care and diagnostic services. Over the years, Centerville Clinics has built a community health care network consisting of This network has greatly increased access to primary medical, preventive, dental, and behavioral health care services for the low income and medically uninsured in our rural service area.

We have 20 full time primary care physicians, 2 dentists, 1 pharmacist, 3 mid-level providers and over 30 part time medical specialists representing most medical specialties including psychology and psychiatry.

Delivery locations : 12 primary health care clinics, 4 dental clinics and 6 mental health sites. In addition to our main site in Centerville, our medical offices are located in the rural communities of Waynesburg, Carmichaels, Republic, Bentleyville, California, Washington, Uniontown, Connellsville, Charleroi and Fairchance. Our four dental clinics are located in Centerville, Republic, Charleroi and Connellsville. Our six mental health care service sites are located in Centerville, Vestaburg, Washington, Waynesburg (2 sites), and Greensburg.

Services : In addition to primary medical, oral health, and behavioral health care services, our health care network directly provides low-income and medically un / under insured patients with unfettered access to a comprehensive array of other health care services. These services include : Specialty medical clinics for timely specialty consultations; enhanced diagnostic services (provided in-house) including moderately complex (CLIA non-waived ) lab testing, x-rays, mammograms, EKG, Exercise Blood Gases, Pulmonary Function Studies; enhanced behavioral health care including the services of psychologists, psychiatrists, MSW, and LSW; Black Lung Clinic Program, Breast / Cervical Cancer Screening Clinic; physical therapy services; pharmacy (including 304B pharmacy program and access to a full time pharmacist). Our menu of services is carefully tailored to address the demographic and epidemiological factors of our service area.

Our office hours are normally 9am-5pm with the exception of one day when you would have a late schedule which would be 11am-7 pm.

On January, 2020 Healthcare plan is : Highmark product for health insurance coverage. Providers have a $1,500 single / $3,000 family deductible.
