SENIOR DELIVERY LEAD (IT Project Manager IV)

Our financial services client is hiring a Senior Delivery Lead to drive Agile execution across business-critical initiatives. You'll partner with product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to manage delivery from roadmap through release, with a focus on scalable solutions, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Job Title : Senior Delivery Lead

Location : Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with business SMEs to capture and refine functional requirements

Prioritize and manage user stories in JIRA across sprints, epics, and releases

Support PI planning and capacity forecasting across Agile teams

Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery cadence across multiple workstreams

Review system workflows and suggest enhancements to increase operational efficiency

Partner with developers, QA, and business units to ensure delivery meets scope and expectations

Provide regular updates to leadership and manage cross-team dependencies

Required Skills

5+ years of Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe, TDD, CI / CD, etc.)

Proficient in JIRA, with experience managing epics, stories, and PI planning

Solid understanding of relational databases and moderate SQL skills

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience translating business needs into executable technical stories

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus
