Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract or Per Diem - Portland, OR

Pay : Up to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule : Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

Facility Type : Long Term Care / Rehab

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses for contract or per diem shifts at long-term care and rehab facilities throughout the Portland area. Whether you're looking for a flexible schedule or a consistent assignment, we have a variety of options to fit your needs.

Requirements :

Active RN license in the state of Oregon
Minimum of 6 months RN experience (preferably in LTC or Rehab)
Current BLS certification
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical

Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions to interdisciplinary team

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Supervise CNAs and other healthcare staff to ensure compliance with care standards

Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing actions

Collaborate with physicians, families, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care
