Job descriptionThrive in a field-based, customer-facing role with flexible scheduling and regular community engagement, offering a competitive base salary plus high-earning commission potential and comprehensive benefits. Bring proven sales experience (new-home sales preferred), a current local Real Estate license, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools / CRM systems; bachelor's degree preferred. Manage the full sales process, including receiving offers, coordinating financing questions, documenting transactions, and maintaining consistent follow-up with buyers through closing. Lead on-site new-home sales by welcoming prospects, conducting model home tours, presenting floor plans and options, addressing objections, and closing agreements while ensuring a strong customer experience.
