Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a maternity leave position at an elementary school in Elkhart, IN. This contract role runs from October 6, 2025, to March 1, 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and ongoing need. The position is onsite, with two locations approximately one mile apart.

Responsibilities :

• Provide speech-language services 4-5 days per week, approximately 6-7 hours per day
• Serve a caseload of about 30 students, primarily kindergarten through 2nd grade
• Complete 3-4 evaluations per month on average
• Utilize the Indiana IEP system for documentation
• Bill Medicaid through the RELAY system
• Work primarily with mild caseload needs; augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) needs are minimal or absent
• Hybrid indirect work (1-2 days per week) may be possible for candidates with CCC certification
