JOB SPECIFICS :

• Autonomous Practice Design : Whether you re interested in a balanced mix of adult and general pediatric ENT or focusing on a specific subspecialty within the full spectrum of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, we will tailor your practice to your strengths and passions.
• Practice Breadth : This is a rare opportunity to engage in the full spectrum of ENT from bread-and-butter to advanced cases without rigid constraints.
• Flexible Pediatric Opportunities : While exclusive pediatric ENT is managed through Children s Hospital of Illinois (CHOI), our strong partnership with CHOI allows for meaningful pediatric exposure as part of a mixed practice.
• Mentorship & Collegiality : Work alongside senior faculty offering mentorship in all major ENT subspecialties, including otology, rhinology, laryngology, and general ENT.
