Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst focused on the Lead to Cash process and Operations systems.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs into actionable system requirements and manage requirements gathering, documentation, and testing

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to design and deliver scalable system solutions

Support initiatives that enhance efficiency, visibility, and data integrity from quote through fulfillment

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Systems Analyst in a SaaS or startup environment

Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite, and related systems

Strong understanding of cross-functional process dependencies between Sales, Finance, and Operations

Familiarity with JIRA for story creation and backlog management

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and project management best practices
