Chisholm Trail Orthopedics & Sports Medicine (“CTO”) is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to serve in our South Fort Worth Outpatient Rehab clinic.

At CTO our Licensed Physical Therapists provide integrated, state-of-the-art therapy care and rehabilitation to our patients. As a part of our team, you will have immediate access to referral sources, patient records, imaging studies, and more, allowing for optimal patient care and recovery.

Position Summary :

Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.
