American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in St. Marys, Ohio.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position with floating and every other weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
  • Night shifts from 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am, three 12-hour shifts per week
  • Every other weekend required
  • Floating to Med-Surg (MS) units as needed
  • Allscripts EMR used; experience preferred
  • First time travelers are welcome to apply
  • No local candidates accepted (must live more than 50 miles from facility)
  • Block scheduling can be discussed during interview
  • No on-call requirements
  • Must be able to float to Med-Surg as needed

    • Requirements

  • Active OH or compact RN license required with application
  • Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience required
  • Certifications required : BLS, ACLS, and PALS prior to start (AHA or RQI acceptable)
  • Two recent professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in ICU are required for consideration
