Terminal Manager

Central Transport LLC is one of the nation's most reliable and technologically advanced LTL (Less-than-Truckload) carriers to date. $75,000 - $90,000 USD + BONUS

Terminal Manager

Ideal Candidate Requirements :

• Prior LTL management experience is strongly preferred
• Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees
• Desire to surround customer with excellence in service
• High aptitude for technology
• The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work 50 hours / week average
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not required
