Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable manager to join our Finance Team! This person will set financial strategies to improve cash flow and enhance systems while supporting business scaleability.

Accounting Manager (Cash & Revenue) Responsibilities :

  • Oversee Ap / AR management, including cash management and bank transactions
  • Invoice processing, vendor payments, collections
  • Financial analysis for sales related reporting, income tracking, credit-control system
  • Month-end reporting including KPI's and variances, reconciliations
  • Support customer management related projects

Accounting Manager (Cash & Revenue) Requirements :

  • 7+ yrs in retail consumer, manufacturing, or logistics industry
  • BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Net Suite, Oracle, Microsoft Excel
