Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description :

Summary : The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional satisfaction on all fronts. They will promptly address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster strong, long-term relationships. In collaboration with internal teams, they will identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience and drive additional revenue.

Monthly Compensation : 1,030 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Attend L10 Division
  • Attend 1 : 1 meeting with Team Leader
  • Establishing client relations and maintaining rapport.
  • Customer and Project Retention.
  • Hosting and leading Launch Session with the client.
  • Leading first-week follow-up with clients and staffers.
  • Cadenced Client Happiness Checkups.
  • Leading Discovery calls.
  • Identifying opportunities for our clients to add additional Company services and staff aligned with the fast-track model and 7 positions.
  • Proactively Cultivating Client Referrals.
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Provide Hypercare (proactive support / check-ins) to clients and staffers.
  • When assigned by Support Agent, provide ancillary support to staffers.
  • Contributing to Rocks and other projects to meet company and departmental goals.

  • Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or any related role.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, and Zoom, Zendesk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Good telephone communication etiquette and a high level of professionalism.
  • Although sales experience is preferred, it is not required, as it will be trained.
  • Work Shift : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
