A company is looking for a Clinical Medical Services Specialist III. Key Responsibilities Oversee vendors in the collection and processing of adverse event and product complaint information Support business strategies for product safety reports and ensure compliance with global regulations Conduct training and audits, ensuring effective communication and rapport with stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN), BSN, or BS Pharm / PharmD 2-4 years of clinical healthcare experience, with previous pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Core knowledge of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA) Proven ability to lead project work and manage processes effectively Experience in a pharmaceutical industry contact center is preferred
