In this role, you'll shape internal processes, support HR and finance functions, streamline workflows, and strengthen the operational backbone of a powerful movement.

Job Summary :

Narrative Nation is seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Operations Manager to build, organize, and oversee the daily operations of Irth and the broader organization. This role will design internal systems, integrate tools and workflows, support HR functions, manage key operational processes, and ensure smooth execution across programs and departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment and brings strong organizational, project management, and people-centered skills.
