One of our companies is currently looking for a Technical Program Manager - Audience Targeting in the United States .

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join a fast-paced Engineering PMO, supporting cutting-edge Audience Targeting initiatives within the Connected TV advertising space. This role involves shaping product and technical strategy, managing the execution lifecycle, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and delivery of impactful features. You’ll work in close collaboration with engineering, product, and UX teams, facilitating agile processes and providing consistent updates to stakeholders. Your ability to bridge technical knowledge with clear communication and organizational efficiency will be key to success in this role.

Accountabilities :

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering leadership
• Support technical strategy and system architecture to ensure scalability and alignment with product goals
• Plan, manage, and track execution of technical programs from concept to completion
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure ticket quality and clarity in collaboration with designers, engineers, and testers
• Monitor and report on team metrics to forecast velocity and productivity
• Coordinate across departments to identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Provide concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress and deliverables
