A company is looking for a DLS Sr Work Wellness Coach, Specialty Accommodation Services. Key Responsibilities Provide disability coaching and support to employees with qualifying conditions Create individualized coaching plans to address barriers related to disabilities Maintain communication with stakeholders and conduct training as needed Required Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel 5+ years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience preferred Experience with case management systems and processes
