Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Acute Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets departmental and state standards. You'll collaborate with medical professionals to deliver personalized, compassionate healthcare while following established nursing frameworks such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' Your role as a patient advocate will ensure an exceptional care experience that aligns with our mission and values.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Assessing patient conditions upon admission and throughout your shifts, reporting any changes immediately.
• Performing medical procedures and monitoring as directed by healthcare providers while ensuring accurate documentation of all care delivered.
• Administering medications with close monitoring for therapeutic effectiveness and ready to respond if side effects occur.
• Exceeding patient expectations by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to their requests.
• Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring understanding through simplified explanations.
