This position requires a hands-on leader with strong operational oversight, a sense of urgency, and a deep understanding of logistics, quality, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shift Oversight & Operational Leadership : Provide end-to-end operational oversight of both day and night shifts, ensuring seamless execution of all inbound, outbound, and transfer processes.
• Maintain consistent floor presence to ensure quality control, labor optimization, and accountability across teams.
