Warehouse Associate
Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting efficient product handling and distribution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Operator 1, Packaging Operations
Location : Covington, GA
Pay Range : $13.61
Shift : Second Shift : 11 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm
What's the Job?
Processing customer orders, including scanning bar codes, labeling boxes, and preparing packages for shipment.
Palletizing completed orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing products on pallets.
Re-palletizing products to ensure proper shipment readiness.
Operating dock manifest duties such as scanning pallets and running shrink wrap.
Transporting pallets using material handling equipment as needed.
What's Needed?
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and business information.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
Ability to operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
