The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible / Certified Rehab Credentialed Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with at least 2 years of post-acute care experience.
• Position is for Inpatient Rehabilitation with full Internal Medicine support and consultations on all patients if desired.
• Monday through Friday workweek with one to two weekends a month.
• Flexible scheduling with options for full time, part time, and PRN / per diem.
• No procedures required. If desired, performing trigger point injections, joint injections, and other procedures is an option.
• Current IL state license is a plus.
• Skilled Nursing or nursing home experience is a plus.
